Data We Collect
At DustSafetyConference, we process the personal data you voluntarily provide through our registration, subscription, and contact forms. This includes your full name, email address, phone number, company, and job title. We also collect technical information from your browser and device (IP address, browser type, operating system) through cookies and web analytics tools, in order to improve the browsing experience and the security of the portal.
Purpose of Processing
Your data is used exclusively to manage your participation in our B2B conferences on industrial safety and dust control, to send you relevant technical information (schedules, regulations, industry news), and to respond to your inquiries. We do not create automated commercial profiles or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes unrelated to the event.
Legal Basis and Retention
The processing is based on your explicit consent by accepting this policy and on the execution of the congress registration contract. We retain your data for the time necessary to comply with legal and tax obligations (a maximum of 5 years after the end of the event), unless you exercise your right to erasure beforehand.
Transfers and Third Parties
We may share your data with essential service providers for the organization of the congress: registration platform, payment gateway, email delivery service, and web hosting. All of them comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Argentine Personal Data Protection Law (Law 25.326). We do not make international transfers to countries without an adequate level of protection.
User Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data, as well as to limit or object to processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal. To exercise these rights, send an email to info@dustsafetyconference.com stating your request. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 30 days.
Cookies and Security
This site uses technical cookies necessary for operation and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) with your consent. You can configure your browser to reject them. We implement technical and organizational security measures (SSL encryption, firewalls, access controls) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
