Your data is used exclusively to manage your participation in our B2B conferences on industrial safety and dust control, to send you relevant technical information (schedules, regulations, industry news), and to respond to your inquiries. We do not create automated commercial profiles or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes unrelated to the event.
The processing is based on your explicit consent by accepting this policy and on the execution of the congress registration contract. We retain your data for the time necessary to comply with legal and tax obligations (a maximum of 5 years after the end of the event), unless you exercise your right to erasure beforehand.
We may share your data with essential service providers for the organization of the congress: registration platform, payment gateway, email delivery service, and web hosting.
